It’s Walking Weather! Walk for Epilepsy
It’s that time of year again!With the weather getting warmer and the days slowly longer, it’s a perfect time to get in the habit of walking !
Coincidentally, during October is the opportunity to put those KMs to a worthy cause.
Walk for Epilepsy by the Epilepsy Foundation Fundraiser, aims at encouraging people to register to walk and assist in raising funds towards supporting people with Epilepsy.
In 2021 I participated and loved being able to incorporate my day-to-day into something much bigger, yet still towards something that hits close to home 🤍
This year I’ll be having a lot more time and motivations to go exploring on walks so it’s no better time to re-engage then now!
This October, specifically 1-25th I will be walking upwards of 15km/day to complete my overall goal of 500km at the end of October (31st).
Hopefully 400 by 25th
