💜 HHH Crew 🧡 Walking for Hamish  💜

For the 5th year, HHH Crew is taking part in the Walk for Epilepsy and as always, the HHH Crew is walking for our beautiful boy, Hamish.

For those who have been following Hamish’s journey, you’ll know that he lives with a rare epilepsy syndrome EMAS or Doose Syndrome and finding seizure control has been a long and challenging journey for our family.

For the past few years, Hamish has been on the ketogenic diet as part of his treatment, which has played an important role in helping him achieve seizure control. He has recently finished weaning off the Keto diet, which is a huge milestone for us.

Now we’re keeping absolutely everything crossed 🤞🏻 that his seizure threshold holds, his seizures stay away, and that he gets to reach the incredible milestone of one year seizure-free. 💜

This year, our HHH Crew aims to raise $1000 and is made up by the people who continue to show up, support us and walk beside Hamish through every milestone, challenge and uncertain moment.

Epilepsy can be unpredictable and frightening, but research, treatment and support can make such a huge difference to people and families living with it. That’s why we continue to walk to raise awareness, support epilepsy research and help make a difference.
