I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy because I have recently been diagnosed and would like to contribute to research and ongoing development of care for those with epilepsy.

Why I am taking part
Wednesday 9th Oct This October the family and I are participating in the walk for epilepsy. We will each do 100kms in 25 days, with Dad being the big dog doing 150kms. By participating we hope to raise money for awareness, research and support for the 1 in 25 Australia’s living with epilepsy. After being diagnosed earlier this year this is something that I hold close to my heart knowing how difficult it is to manage day to day life living with this disease.
