I’m taking part in run for Epilepsy around Australia because...
My daughter Ruby had a syndrome called sturge Webber, which caused her to have 30-40 seizures a day. She had brain surgery when she was just over 2 years old to try and eliminate her seizures. She is now 10 and has gone from 30-40 seizures a day to none. Through hard work and great research, she now lives a life where no one would even know the challenges she has faced! Between the 1st - 25th of October I am going to try and run 250km. I now want to try and help raise some money for those who are still struggling with their children going through seizures each day. As a parent there is nothing harder than seeing your child go through a seizure and not be able to help them! Please help me to raise money for further research and support by giving whatever you can using the 'Donate' button. The more people that know about the run, the greater the impact, so please also spread the word by sharing our page with your friends and family.
