About Me
Thursday 15th Oct I just wanted to share some details about my Journey.In 2013 I started having "Shakes" and my parents did all they could, took me to a multiple proffesionals, where a final verdict was reached, "Its just puberty, he will grow out of it".
Come 2020, still being a young adult I thought it wasn't too bizzare that I was still having these shakes at the tail end of puberty being 21. Then I experienced my first Tonoclonic seizure at work, and I felt like I had restarted at step one all over again. I was then officially diagnosed with Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy, something I have never heard of, and at the time I thought seizues were only from flashing lights.
After years of struggling accepting my condition and what it has taken away from me, I have made sure to shift that mindset to being grateful what is before me. Share
