I am walking for Epilepsy, a cause close to my heart
I'm a 19 years old who is wanting to raise money and awareness for epilepsy. Coming from someone with Epilepsy I know how frustrating and tough it can be. I have been living with Epilepsy for nearly three years. During this time, I have tried many different medications and undergone numerous tests to try to control my seizures. Unfortunately, my type of Epilepsy was drug resistant. After exploring treatment options, I underwent brain surgery at the beggining of this year. This was a big step in my Epilepsy journey and now Im focusing on my recovery, looking forward to the future and trying to help others that are going through a similar battle.
