I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy because...

💜 THIS ONE’S PERSONAL 💜

Most of you know me through the Park, and quite a few of you would know my daughter Saylah as well.

This year I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy, and there’s one very simple reason why.

I’m walking for my girl.

Epilepsy affects the most important person in my whole world,  my daughter.

As a dad, I’d give absolutely anything to take it away from her. I can’t do that, but I can walk, raise a few dollars, raise some awareness and hopefully help other kids and families living with epilepsy too.

Our family and the Park Hotel have always tried to get behind different charities, fundraisers and people in our community when we can. This time, I’m asking our little community to get behind something that means an enormous amount to me personally.

And if money's a bit tight, even sharing this post would mean a lot to me.

Some of you know Saylah. Some of you have watched her grow up. And some of you might have your own family touched by epilepsy.

This walk is for all of them  but for me, it’s especially for her. 💜
