I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy because...

I live with it every day. I’ve made amazing friends through this journey who truly understand what I go through — and that support means everything.

Last year, with your help, I raised over $2,000 — and this year, I’d love to beat that!

Please help by donating whatever you can using the 'Donate' button. The more people who know about the walk, the greater the impact, so please also share my page with your friends, family, and colleagues.

Thank you so much for your generosity — it truly means a lot!

My Updates

Back to reality

Wednesday 1st Oct
PHD - Post holiday depression in a real thing. Getting back to reality and home/work life is challenging after a break. BUT having something to look forward to helps. Partaking in the walk for Epilepsy again this year had been something I've been looking chard to all year. I feel proud to raise awareness and raise money for such a worthy cause. Today is day 1 of 25. 4km asked today. I would have loved to get out into nature but the weather didn't allow for it. So the gym was a good substitute. It felt good to move my body. The donations I've received so far have been overwhelming and so appreciated. Thank you all x

Bali bliss & 100km kickstart

Friday 29th Aug
Bali has a way of pulling me into poolside lounging and endless eating - it has. But this trip ive been mindful to not undo the work ibe been putting into my fitness. This trip has been the perfect chance to kick off my 100km in 25 days challenge. I’ve already clocked over 100km - and it’s wild how quickly it adds up.

Some days I barely move from the pool, and other days I walk 13km exploring markets, beaches, and instead of jumping in a gojek we'll walk to the restaurants.

The balance has been a good reminder that movement doesn’t have to be strict—just walking brings so many health benefits, from clearing my head to giving me more energy.

It’s been such a joy soaking it all up with Jordan and our families—and now it’s onto the next leg of our holiday: Singapore!
