I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy because...
In August we got news we never expected to hear. Our Son, only 8 at the time has Focal Epilepsy with motor seizures & auras. It’s been a very scary, emotional and challenging time for me as his mum, him as an 8/9yo dealing with very heavy news and greatly huge emotions and as our family unit as we try and establish what our new normal looks like.
It’s like a lot of things. You don’t understand or have knowledge of things that happen everyday to everyday people until it happens to you and then your senses become heightened to it.
I suppose this is my way of doing what I can for many many families who need the support xx
I want to raise money and make a difference for people living with epilepsy. Please help me by giving whatever you can using the 'Donate' button.
