I live with Epilepsy everyday and understand the toll that it can take on one’s life. My story

Monday 31st Aug
I was diagnosed with generalised Epilepsy at 15. It came on suddenly and jolted mine and my families lives. I was unable to get my license with everyone else, no longer qualified for roles upon finishing school as I was planning, & medication was lots of trial and error as we knew no triggers. There were many ups and downs , many tests and trials & and lots and lots of support from loved ones. I am doing this challenge as I am now three years seizure free on medication and do not take it for granted. I am walking to support everyone who lives with epilepsy or has a loved one living with epilepsy.
