I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy around Australia because...
My Daughter Blair and Children of My Family & Friends have Epilepsy. I want to raise money and make a difference for them and other people living with Epilepsy. Blair was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Incontinentia Pigmenti. This condition accompanied Developmental Delay, Epilepsy & Neuromuscular Right Hip Dysplasia. Along the way Blair has experienced & been diagnosed with 4 different types of seizures. Tonic Clonic, Infantile Spasms, Tonic & Atypical Absence seizures. Unfortunatly Blairs seizure activity for (Infantile Spasms) varies from 10-30 a day currently. Despite the seizures and all the hurdles Blair is the strongest and happiest little girl.
