💜 WALK FOR EPILEPSY 2025 💜

This year marks my 6th year walking to raise awareness for epilepsy, and every step still means as much as the first.

I walk for my sister Jade, who we lost at just 37 to SUDEP. Her memory is my motivation to keep going and to shine a light on a condition that touches so many lives but is still misunderstood.

Tomorrow it begins, and this year, I am increasing my km goal by 50 and am committing to walk 200 km in 25 days — and I’m grateful to have some of my favourite people offer to join me along the way.
