Why I am walking?

Recently I have been diagnosed with epilepsy, and to say its been a big adjustment is putting it lightly. It is a complete overhaul of my health and wellbeing, and I am coming out the other side all the better - one reason is the support we have had access to through Epilepsy Foundation.
