Walk for Epilepsy is an annual initiative that takes place from 1-25 October to raise awareness and funds to support
Australians living with epilepsy. Participants can choose to take on the 1 in 25 Challenge by walking, running or riding 100km (or more) in 25 days or setting their own distance and going at their own pace. Every step counts!



- Select the epilepsy organisation you wish to support.
- Register and create your fundraising page.
- Set your fundraising and kilometer targets.


From 1-25 October, get your steps in and log your kilometers manually through your dashboard or by linking your Strava or Fitbit account.


- Share your fundraising page and progress with your family, friends and colleagues and encourage them to donate.
- Check out the ‘Downloadable Resources’ page of the website for additional material to share.
