A little update and thank you
Daisy has been sick the last couple of days with croup and a suspected virus. We were hoping to avoid a seizure as she had a temperature, but unfortunately she had a 6 minute one in the early hours of yesterday morning.
This is the reality of Dravet Syndrome. A simple sickness comes with so many more challenges.
Mum and dad jumped into action with her emergency medication and the ambulance took us to hospital where she had no further seizures and we are now home.
Again, thank you to everyone for supporting our cause as we navigate these tricky times! We couldn’t do it without your support and appreciate your generosity to give Daisy the best possible chance in life 💜🧡

We want to raise awareness and money to help make a difference for people living with epilepsy.
We have been personally affected by this dynamic condition as our beautiful 5 month old daughter Daisy has just been diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy known as Dravet Syndrome. 1 in 15,000 people will be diagnosed. This type of epilepsy begins in infancy and has challenging life long effects as seizures are prolonged and resistant to medication, which can have devastating outcomes. There is currently no cure however, we hope in Daisy’s life time there will be.
We have a long and challenging road ahead and would love your support.
