I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy because...

This year AJ turns 11 yrs old and he has only made it this far due to a lot of prayer and the wonderful support we receive from Epilepsy Australia and the like who help implement strategies to cope with Intractable Epilepsy. If I can play a small part in contributing back and raising greater awareness that I know first hand makes a huge difference to people living with epilepsy then it not only gives me great pleasure to participate but to also encourage others to walk, run, ride more and of course for Aaron encourage his core strength and coordination to walk and run further every day.  Many kids with his condition dont make it past 5 years of age. Others are in wheelchairs.  Aaron is doing remarkably well with the amazing supports we have from organisations like this, CBD Oil, therapies and paddock to plate lifestyle.  Please help by either joining the walk, creating your own fundraiser, or giving whatever you can using the 'Donate' button. The more people that know about the walk, the greater the impact, so please also spread the word by sharing our page with your friends and family.
