The Treadmill Challenge is an annual event that takes place as part of Walk for Epilepsy. It brings together epilepsy service staff, corporate sponsors, epilepsy ambassadors, and people living with epilepsy for a day of fun, excitement and friendly competition.

Teams walk or run on the treadmill for a total of 2.5 hours. The team that clocks the most kilometres in that time are named the
Treadmill Challenge Champions.

The event seeks to raise awareness and vital funds to support the 1 in 25 Australians diagnosed with epilepsy in their lifetime.
