Whether you’re touring your local neighbourhood, heading out for a hike in the Grampians or Blue Mountains, or gearing up for a cycle, every kilometre counts.

About Epilepsy Foundation

The Epilepsy Foundation has been working for more than 50 years to make sure no one living with epilepsy has to go it alone. We support people living with epilepsy in Victoria and New South Wales, providing support and information, and funding research to find a cure.

Together, we can build a brighter future for people living with epilepsy and their families.

How it works for the Victoria & New South Wales Walk for Epilepsy

1 in 25 Australians will develop epilepsy in their lifetime.

That’s up to one million Australians in need of support, research and a cure.

But one person can make all the difference in the world.

Join us this October as we Walk for Epilepsy. Rack up your kilometres however you like—walk, cycle, run, jog, hop—whatever works for you!

By taking part and raising funds, you can have a very real impact on people living with epilepsy all across the country.

A Virtual Event

Walk for Epilepsy takes place entirely online—take part from anywhere, whenever suits you. For 25 days in October, you can walk to add your distance to our collective total in support of people living with epilepsy.

Every dollar raised will go to your chosen epilepsy organisation, supporting peop
le in your community.

Contribute as many kilometres as you can. Every step you take, and every dollar you raise, will help make a difference.
