Post Surgery
Monday 14th OctHi,
Post surgery has been hard but in a good way! I am seizure free and driving! It is a lot to get used to cognitively as I have to focus more and I am more social and doing things for myself again! This is why I hope to beat my goal and my km goal. Last year I was two months post op surgery and still have horrific pressure headaches. I could not do the event, so this year, I have a lot to make up for! Please help me in raising funds and I will walk until I can't feel my feet! Hahaha

Second Week Catch Up
Monday 14th OctHi everyone,
Now that my friend's wedding is over I can properly focus on my walks. The wedding was beautiful and it was such a beautiful day!
I am so happy I was able to start the week on a good note and start walking! I was able to go 4 days and walked a total of 34.2km for the week! For post op surgery, fatigue from surgery, medications and cognitively speaking (from the seizures) this was a big week for me and I was able to improve my pace and km! I am so proud of how far I have come

First Week Catch Up
Monday 14th OctHi everyone,
Unfortunately this week I won't be able to post or partake much as I have one of my close friend's wedding that I am a bridesmaid in. I am so happy for her and her groom! I am also so happy that I can fully immerse myself in this experience. The last time I was a bridesmaid I was still having seizures so I was on edge, high alert, paranoid and scared. This time I could fully enjoy the whole experience :)
