My Updates

Boe and Graeme day 22

Sunday 22nd Oct
Hey team we are nearly to the end of our 25 days.
We have had a very smokey few days in the Northern rivers.
I have had alot of fun doing this walk.
Boe is learning so fast it's great he loves his Kong toy no leaving home with out it.
I think we will go over the 300 km mark by the 25.
If you are reading this you rock and thank you thank you thank you all.

Boe and Graeme day 10

Tuesday 10th Oct
Hi quick update many thanks to one and all we are all smashing this and not even half way to the end of the walk. Little Boe is loving his big walks and has started growing muscles on top of muscle's. My health has made a marked improvement since I have started doing long walks. Last year I had five heart attacks and could not walk 100mtrs without having to stop and take a breath. The doctors at Lismore base hospital saved my life and put 2 stints in my heart to let the blood pump through again properly.
Getting a fit bit from my beautiful sister Michelle Big hugs Sis love ya it has being so good for checking all my health stat's and is really satisfying seeing the improvement in my health.
Right that's enough jibba jabba for now Big love Graeme and Boe Jangles.

Boe and Graeme day 7

Sunday 8th Oct
Thank you Thank you Thank you All for donating to the epilepsy foundation.
If the money we have raised can help just one person with epilepsy get the help and support they need from my walk I would be so happy.Ì live with my epilepsy every day and until just recently. I have kept most of my seizures to my self for many reason's. Feeling safe out in public if you do have a seizure is one of the hardest things for me because seizures are a very scary thing to witness for other people that don't know how to help you or what is wrong with you. The more public awareness around epilepsy and what to do if you do witness a seizure while you are out and about is better for everyone.
Thank you all for your support.

Day 6

Saturday 7th Oct
Sorry silly finger pushed the wrong button anyway as I was saying.
Myself and Boe headed out early from home in mullumbimby and headed to Brunswick Heads.
The walk there is around nine km Brunswick's a beautiful little town on the mouth of the Brunswick river.

Day 2

Monday 2nd Oct
Boe and I had a nice early morning walk it was so quiet and still.
This afternoon was perfect for a walk so we went to park had a training lesson and of course a great game of fetch and now he is fast asleep.
The walk for epilepsy is perfect timing for myself and  Boe.
Boe is a 6mth old English Staffordshire bull terrier.
He is nearing the end of his puppy training in preparation for the start of his psychiatric support dog training which should start at the end of October.
