I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy because ...
My grandson suffered his first seizure while swimming 2 days before his seventh birthday in 2021. Thanks to the quick thinking and first aid training of his parents and the first responders he is with us today. Leo was seizure free for 14 months and then in the middle of a Taekwondo tournament he suffered a long seizure in front of hundreds of people. He was devastated. Epilepsy not only effects Leo but also effects every member of his family, they live their lives on constant alert. Leo is currently a healthy almost 10 year old boy that is medicated twice daily.
I want to raise money and make a difference for people living with epilepsy. Please help me by giving whatever you can using the 'Donate' button.
