Epilepsy has been a constant presence in my family’s life, as my beloved mother has battled this condition since the day she was born. For 17 years, she enjoyed the gift of seizure-free living, an incredible triumph over epilepsy’s relentless challenges. However, life recently threw us a curveball when she experienced a relapse.
