I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy this October to raise money for the Epilepsy Centre.

The Epilepsy Centre provides support and practical assistance to people with epilepsy. 

I'm participating in this fund-raiser in support of my friend Lincoln and his family. Lincoln is 10 years old and lives with a severe form of epilepsy that has a lifelong impact on him and his family.  He has previously received a seizure alert mat from the Epilepsy Centre, which helps keep him safe at night.
