I’m taking part in Walk for Epilepsy because...
We live with this debilitating condition every day.Â
Our eldest son lives with a drug-resistant type of epilepsy which develops and increases in intensity and frequency each year. It’s not genetic, and it has no known cause. It’s currently not treatable, despite years of multiple different medications, keto diet trials and a Vagal Nerve Stimulator (VNS) implant.Â
We still experience over 150 myoclonic Absence seizures a day. Every day. He's a warrior!
We want to raise money and make a difference for families like ours living with Epilepsy.
Please help us raise funds for much needed research, treatment and support for families by giving whatever you can using the 'Donate' button, and if you can, join our Team. The more steps, the more funds raised. Let’s show Dylan, and people like him that you care.Â
The more
people that know about the walk, the greater the impact, so please spread the
word by sharing our page with your friends and family.Â
Thank you for sharing our journey, it means a lot that you care.Â
